Adult Fitness Classes

Get ready to have fun and be fit! You can rock out to amazing Latin and World rhythms with our Zumba® classes, crush a music-driven HIIT workout with our STRONG Nation™ classes, build muscle endurance with our Barre classes and work on targeted mobility training with our Gravity Yoga® classes!

As of June 1, all classes are offered in-person and virtual, except Wednesday Zumba® class (100% virtual)! 2 person minimum to hold a class. While masks are not required, participants who prefer to wear a mask are welcome to do so. We'll continue our current cleaning practices and ask our participants to distance accordingly. If you are experiencing any symptoms, please take advantage of our virtual option.

With Zumba® classes, you get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility – with Latin and World rhythms and a serious dose of fun! Zumba® Fitness

Mon/Wed: 7pm & Sat: 9am

Zumba® classes mix low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party! With Zumba® classes, you get a total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility – with Latin and World rhythms and a serious dose of fun! No dance experience needed. Classes taught by a licensed Zumba® instructor.

Grab workout clothes, sneakers (no deep tread!) and water and join us!

STRONG Nation™Mon/Wed: 6am STRONG Nation™ classes are music-led, calorie-burning, high-intensity workouts that combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. Every lunge, squat, burpee and jumping jack is driven by the music - helping you make it to that last rep. Classes taught by a licensed STRONG Nation™ instructor.Grab your workout clothes, sneakers, water and a mat and join us!

STRONG Nation™

Mon/Wed: 6am

STRONG Nation™ classes are music-led, calorie-burning, high-intensity workouts that combine body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training. Every lunge, squat, burpee and jumping jack is driven by the music - helping you make it to that last rep. Classes taught by a licensed STRONG Nation™ instructor.

Barre Mon/Wed: 9:30amBarre classes are amazing, low-impact workouts that help improve balance, strength and flexibility. Through different movement patterns and static holds (set to some great tunes), we’ll target different muscle groups and build strength and endurance! Classes taught by a certified BARRE Above® instructor.Grab a towel, a chair, a mat, a couple of 2-lb weights (or 2 bottled waters!) and join us!

Barre

Mon/Wed: 930am

Barre classes are amazing, low-impact workouts that help improve balance, strength and flexibility. Through different movement patterns and static holds (set to some great tunes), we’ll target different muscle groups and build strength and endurance! Classes taught by a certified BARRE Above® instructor.

Grab a towel, a chair, a mat, a couple of 2-lb weights (or 2 bottled waters!) and join us!

Gravity Yoga® Mon/Wed: 8pmA mat-based, targeted mobility practice to help increase your flexibility. Gravity Yoga® classes focus on long-hold poses to help with tight hamstrings, hips and backs. Due to the nature of this program, pregnant women and individuals with hypermobility should not participate in this class. Gravity Yoga® is designed to be a supplemental practice to your current exercise practice. Grab your mat, yoga blocks (or pillows), yoga strap (or a belt) and join us!

Gravity Yoga®

Mon/Wed: 745pm

A mat-based, targeted mobility practice to help increase your flexibility. Gravity Yoga® classes focus on long-hold poses to help with tight hamstrings, hips and backs. Due to the nature of this program, pregnant women and individuals with hypermobility should not participate in this class. Gravity Yoga® is designed to be a supplemental practice to your current exercise practice.
