READY, SET, SING!
Ages: 3—6 • Fridays • 11:30AM-12:15PM
Sing and play with along with two teachers, one at the piano and one providing one-on-one instruction. Using beautifully crafted, wooden instruments in a personal bento-style box, each student will explore rhythm and sound while honing fine and gross motor skills. These mini-musicians will also learn basic music theory by playing our signature Solfege bingo, Copy Cat and more fun games. And they will discover how to tell a story through song with a musical book at the end of each class.
To spotlight what they have learned, these little performers will participate in a small show on the last day of the session.
SING IT!
If singing is your favorite, this is for you! Step into the spotlight with the musicals you love. Students will learn 5-6 songs per session, plus vocal techniques and stage presence.
They will also work together with their teachers to write short scenes starring characters they create themselves for their own mini-show at the end of each session.
